We treat the legal basis for processing your data as 'contractual', as you have signed up for one or more of our walks. We do not give your personal data to any other organisation.
Note that most of the information is collected by SiEntries, which handles our bookings, and they have their own Privacy Policy. Any additional information that we collect through this Walking Festival website will be integrated with the data from SiEntries for our purposes, but will not be given to SiEntries.

Storage period:

We will only keep your personal data for as long as we are obliged to in order to fulfil our agreement and any legal obligations.
